1. About this service

Daily Intercessions ("the app") is a free personal prayer companion provided as-is, without charge, and without warranty of any kind. It is offered as a gift to the community of faith.

2. No guarantees

This service is provided free of charge and on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data retention, deliverability of email notifications, or continued availability of the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Your prayer data is stored on our servers in good faith, but we strongly encourage you to treat this app as a convenience tool rather than a permanent record. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide a valid email address. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

4. Acceptable use

Daily Intercessions is a personal prayer tool. You agree to use it only for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use automated tools to create accounts or submit data
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

5. Privacy

Your prayer intentions are private to your account. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes. Your email address is used only to send verification emails, and password resets. We do not share your email with third parties.

By using this service you consent to the storage of your email address and prayer intentions on our servers.

6. Email communications

By creating an account you will receive transactional emails necessary for account function (verification, password reset).

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@dailyintercessions.app. We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Daily Intercessions is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top of this page reflects when terms were last updated.
